On October 28, Western Growers hosted a webinar to discuss the impact of health care reform on America’s family farmers and their seasonal workforce.
Several examples were included to demonstrate proper compliance with health care reform’s immediate and coming changes.
Highlights included recent clarifications to the law:
- Grandfathered plans
- Annual Cap waiver program
- Employer pay or play mandate scheduled for 2014
- Small employer tax credit
